Empowering Servant Leaders Across Kenya
The African Mission Training Institute (AMTI) continues to strengthen its commitment to accessible and impactful leadership training through strategic partnerships and collaborative initiatives. For the second time, AMTI joined forces with the Church Transformation Network (CTN) and the Evangelical Alliance of Kenya (EAK) to advance a shared vision—making ministry training more affordable and accessible for pastors across the country.
This recent engagement brought together a dedicated Curriculum Development Team drawn from eight counties: Trans Nzoia, Nyamira, Kilifi, Wajir, Makueni, Machakos, Kitui, and Nairobi. The gathering represented not only a wide geographical reach but also a rich diversity of perspectives and experiences. It was a powerful demonstration of unity, collaboration, and a shared commitment to equipping leaders who can effectively serve their communities.
Through this partnership, AMTI and its collaborators are working to develop relevant, practical, and scalable training programs that respond to the real needs of pastors and ministry leaders. The focus remains on building a strong foundation for both church and community by empowering individuals with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to lead with confidence and purpose.
As this journey continues, AMTI remains dedicated to fostering partnerships that expand opportunity and deepen impact. More updates will follow as the work progresses and the vision unfolds across Kenya.
